1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our privacy practices. If you do not agree, you may not use the services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to participate in our classes, unless otherwise permitted by local law or with verifiable parental consent. You are responsible for ensuring your participation complies with applicable regulations.
3. Accounts & Security
You may need an account to access certain features. Keep your credentials confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

- We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
4. Payments & Pricing
Prices are shown prior to checkout. Taxes and fees may apply. By submitting a payment, you authorize us to charge your selected method for the total amount.

- We use PCI-compliant processors; we do not store full card numbers.
- Promotions are subject to terms and may change without notice.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
For live classes, cancellations made 48 hours before the start time receive a full refund. Less than 48 hours may be partially refundable at our discretion. Digital products are generally non-refundable once accessed.
6. Acceptable Conduct
We foster an inclusive environment. Harassment, hate speech, and disruptive behavior are prohibited. We may remove participants who violate this policy without a refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, including text, images, videos, and materials, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute content without permission.
8. Disclaimers
Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Participation outcomes may vary and are not guaranteed.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, even if we have been advised of the possibility.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer protections specify otherwise. Venue for disputes will be the appropriate courts in that jurisdiction.
